Since our beginnings in 1987, American/Avalon has provided planning, design and construction management of roadway and bridge projects, with many of our staff members offering over 20 years experience. American/Avalon’s staff expertly handles projects where issues of constrained right-of-way and permit issuance and schedule present major challenges.
