District-wide general services contract to conduct constructability, bidability and quality control reviews related to transportation facilities. The reviews included roadway and bridge design projects, highway and bridge rehabilitation projects, resurfacing projects and public transportation projects. Minor roadway and landscaping design projects have also been assigned under this contract. Over 100 phase submittals have been reviewed to date.
