American/Avalon was responsible for the improvements along Lyons Road, Dillman Road, 7th Place South, and Pioneer Road. Project included a new alignment for 0.9 miles of Lyons Road. The design included 2 and 3-lane facility with 4 foot paved shoulders, a roundabout at the intersection of Lyons and Dillman Road, paved shoulders and improvements along 0.12 miles of both Dillman Road and 7th Place South. This project also included complete permitting and drainage design for the new construction project. The project falls within SFWMD's C-51 drainage basin and also within LWDD's jurisdictional limits. Project specifics included development of roadway component plans, signing & pavement marking component plans, and all permitting required for construction.
