American/Avalon is completing the design of approximately 0.5 miles of widening an existing 2 lane rural roadway to a 3 lane urban typical section and closed drainage system. One phase of this project includes a Pond Siting/Route study, including conducting a public meeting. American/Avalon is responsible for all aspects of the roadway design including drainage, signing and marking, utility coordination, right of way mapping, geotech, and environmental study and/or mitigation of wetlands.
