The design, permitting, and construction of a multi-use trail in Perry, Florida and an extensive trailhead near the historic Hampton Springs Hotel site. The purpose of both of these projects is to enhance the existing trail system in Perry, and provide additional nature-based recreational opportunities, while minimizing impacts to the environment. The Taylor County Greenway involved a 10 foot wide multi-use trail, approximately 1.6 miles long, connecting the Heritage Park and the Taylor County Sports Complex. The trail also included a 60 foot boardwalk over Pimple Creek. The existing swales along the project were also analyzed for the new impervi
