American conducted a review of the 400-acre Callery Judge Groves Development of Regional Impact (DRI) which consisted of several phases. The purpose of the review was to determine whether the DRI analysis procedures followed approved methodologies of the Department of Community Affairs, Palm Beach County and the Florida Department of Transportation. American conducted a thorough review of the development’s transportation methodology; land use; FSUTMS model run assumptions; trip generation, distribution, and assignment assumptions; internal capture rate review; projected intersection and roadway link volumes; level-of-service analysis and queue length analysis.
